The Florida conservative is not coming in strong: His poll numbers have been called an "absolute disaster" and campaign insiders have begun to tell the press "it's over."

Not again!

Campaigns don't end, they run out of money. In this particular case I would like to know what is that Mr. Hines found promising in DeSantis. For one I could have advised him not to bet on a man with the charisma of broccoli.

If confirmation was needed that when Mr. Hines picks a presidential candidate as likely winner, it amounts to no less than a curse and death sentence... The picked candidates never prosper, wither and die.

The Hines' Magic.

You could find a horse winner by counting out Hines' picks repeatedly, until there are only two horses left. Then bet on the one Hines doesn't pick. This would be like counting cards, but with horses -- putting Hines' magic to work.

Meet you in Las Vegas, Spencer.

DeSantis is OUT.

Well done, Spencer.

Once Mr. Hines points his long finger at a chosen candidate, a Stephen King--like black curse strikes and he shrivels like a ripe plum in the hot sun.

Trump ran his scythed chariot over Ron several times, slicing not only his hopes but all of him in a fricassée of chopped liver, like a demonic Mesala in the Circus Maximus.

Funny to have ahead the big race with Trump as Mesala, and Biden as Ben-Hur... Someone is gonna get hurt....
